Olivia Wann

Olivia Wann founded Modern Practice Solutions, LLC in the year 2000 and started her law practice in 2012.

As a lawyer, she is known as the attorney who takes the time to educate clients on legal issues in order to help them make the right choices. Whether you are planning your estate or establishing a business, you’ve made the right choice in choosing Olivia as your counsel.

Why the special interest in dentistry? Olivia’s background includes having served as a dental office manager, a registered dental assistant, and a dental software trainer.  She understands the business from the ground up.

To expand her speaking career and consulting company, Olivia pursued higher education. She graduated magna cum laude from St. Joseph’s College of Maine with a Bachelor of Science in Health Care Administration and then graduated from the Nashville School of Law with a Doctorate in Jurisprudence.

Legal seminars include Cybersecurity for Legal Professionals as well as the popular course Estate Planning and Elder Law Considerations for the general public.

Olivia has presented hundreds and hundreds of lectures in 50 states on the topics of OSHA, Infection Control, HIPAA and Cybersecurity, Chemical Dependency, Ergonomics, and HR Management. She has authored several compliance manuals and has had numerous articles published in industry journals. She was one of the contributing authors for the ADA’s publication Managing the Regulatory Environment: Best Practices.

Olivia and her husband, Kevin, reside in Dover, Tennessee, where they raise horses.

Andrea Craig

Andrea Taylor Craig graduated from the University of Evansville and received her Doctorate of Jurisprudence from Indiana University School of Law in Bloomington, receiving the CALI Award for Future Excellence in Labor Law. In 2004, Andrea was admitted to the Tennessee Bar. She worked twelve years at the Tennessee Department of Labor specializing in Workers’ Compensation law. Her experience assisting individuals at stressful times in their lives gives her insight and compassion to clients as they seek help with estate planning and other civil matters. Andrea is active in Stewart County Friends of the Library and is currently serving her third term as President.

She is a member of Tennessee and Montgomery County Bar Associations. Andrea, her husband Bruce, and their dog Scout reside in Dover, Tennessee. They enjoy kayaking, fishing, and gardening.
