Olivia founded Modern Practice Solutions, LLC, in 2000 and established her law practice in 2012. She earned her Doctorate in Jurisprudence from the Nashville School of Law. Olivia specializes in estate planning, probate, and civil representation. 

She is an active member of the Wealth Counsel, staying at the forefront of estate planning and trust law. She emphasizes client education, simplifying complex legal issues to empower informed decisions. In addition to her attorney work, Olivia is a sought-after speaker, presenting topics like OSHA and HIPAA compliance, cybersecurity, and team performance. She has authored several compliance manuals and contributed to leading industry journals.

Andrea brings extensive legal experience and compassion to Olivia Wann Law, specializing in estate planning and civil matters. She earned her undergraduate degree from the University of Evansville and her law degree from Indiana University School of Law.

The Tennessee Bar admitted her in 2004 after she earned the CALI Award for Future Excellence in Labor Law. She worked at the Tennessee Department of Labor for twelve years, specializing in Workers’ Compensation law.

Everette brings a wealth of experience to Olivia Wann Law, having spent 25 years as a small-business owner and government contractor before earning his law degree from the Nashville School of Law in 2007. He is licensed to practice in all Tennessee courts and the U.S. Federal Middle District Courts of Tennessee. His legal practice focuses on criminal defense, contract negotiations, construction law, corporate formations, and asset protection. 

Beyond his legal career, Everette serves as President and Board Chair of Gateway Utility Company, Inc. in Franklin, Tennessee.   He is also an accomplished classical guitarist and enjoys weekend kitchen remodeling projects.
