Terri Walker, RDA
Terri started her dental career as an Oral Surgery Assistant in the mid 1980's, where she found her passion for infection control and dentistry. She served as the OSHA and Infection Control Coordinator for several years. During that time, she continued to attend the standard OSHA training seminars and left each one extremely disappointed until she attended a Modern Practice Solutions seminar. During a break, she approached the speaker and they spoke together about her history and interest in infection control. From there, she started her new career teaching others the importance of maintaining strict infection control and safety standards for their patients and employees. Terri also studied OSHA at Eastern Michigan University and attended multiple training symposiums regarding Infection Control and dental safety. She took a reprieve from the dental field for a few years and missed it tremendously, but has recently returned to Modern Practice Solutions and is excited to be back working with clients again.
